About the Role:

We are excited to announce a new opportunity for a Manager to join our team. As a Manager, you will play a vital role in our accounting and finance advisory team, leading and overseeing various aspects of accounting and finance operations.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of 3 to 5 associates, ensuring effective collaboration and delivery of accounting and finance advisory services

• Gain exposure to a variety of areas such as financial accounting, management accounting, financial analysis, financial reporting, internal control, KYC & AML compliance, financial regulatory reporting, fund accounting, corporate services, VAT, Corporate Tax, and FATCA/CRS compliance

• Take ownership of the timely delivery of client mandates, including the execution and review of team members' work

• Prepare and present reports and presentations for clients

• Participate in client meetings, providing expert insights and recommendations

What we look for:

• Motivated self-starter with a strong desire to lead and grow in the accounting and finance advisory industry

• A qualified accountant (CA/CPA/CMA/ACCA) with 3 to 5 years of experience in accounting and finance advisory

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, while ensuring attention to detail and accuracy

• Experience in managing a team of 3 to 5 people and successfully delivering client mandates within specified timelines
